Today my dad and I went fishing at Derby Lake, where Dad caught 1 little bluegill on a fly that he tied under a Rebel Micro Pop-R. I caught 1 largemouth bass on a Bandit 100. I hadn't ever fished with a Bandit 100. I just saw it in the tackle box and thought it looked like it would probably catch a fish. When I used the Bandit 100, I really liked how easy it was to just cast it out and crank it in, and it just had a really cool movement that attracted fish to it. We also saw a lot of alligators in the water and on the banks. Tomorrow my dad and I are going out on a boat saltwater fishing with a local fisherman, so that should be a lot of fun. Looking forward to tomorrow.
