Dry Run Creek

Today I got to fish Dry Run Creek, which is a youth-only creek that has an amazing amount of big trout that I LOVE catching. I lost count after a while, but I think I caught somewhere between 40 to 50. All of the fish that I caught where ether brown trout or rainbow trout. I caught most of them on Lindy Watsit Grubs and other lures like that.  I also caught some of them on baits like Rebel Crawfish. Dry Run Creek is one of my favorite places in the world,  and probably my favorite place to fish . And I would highly recommend fishing there if you're under 16. And we also played another disc golf course. And know we are heading home.  Looking forward to tomorrow.

Smallmouth bass

I don't know why but I have been calling sunfish and smallmouth bass rainbow trout. So some of those rainbow trout where actually sunfish or smallmouth bass.  Looking forward to tomorrow.

Arkansas part 3

Today we fished the White River.  Mr Caleb caught 21 rainbow trout on several different lures.  Dad caught 15 rainbow trout and 1 brown trout. I think dad caught all his fish on a Rebel tracdown Ghost Minnow. Nathaniel and I both caught 19 rainbow trout mostly on Rebel Tracdown Ghost Minnows.  So far it's been a fun trip.  Looking forward to tomorrow.

Arkansas part 2

Today we fished the Buffalo River and the White River.  Mr Caleb caught about 22 rainbow trout on a bunch of different baits. I don't know how many fish Dad caught, but I think he was mostly using Rebel Tracdown Ghost Minnows.  Nathaniel caught 20 rainbow trout on a Rebel Crawfish . And I caught 11 rainbow trout on a Rebel Tracdown Ghost Minnow.  So it was a good day of fishing.  After we finished fishing we set up camp by the river and made our food over the fire.  Looking forward to tomorrow.

Disc golf

So far on the Arkansas trip we have played 3 disc golf courses, and they have all been really cool.  For those who don't know, disc golf is just like normal golf except instead of golf clubs and golf balls you use aerodynamic Frisbee /discs . It's a lot of fun.  Looking forward to tomorrow.

North Carolina

Recently Nathaniel, Dad and I went fishing at the Nantahala River in North Carolina.  I don't remember the exact number of fish each of us caught, but I do remember that we all caught over 20 fish. We caught them on Rebel Tracdown Ghost Minnows, Rebel crawfish , and Lindy Watsit Grubs. I don't remember everything about the day, except it was a great day of fishing. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Oops

I forgot to write about the last fishing day in the Northeast, so here's what I remember . A guy named Capt. Alex took us out on his boat to fish for striped bass.  I think I caught 5 bass , one of the striped bass I caught was the biggest fish I've ever caught. It was about 8 pounds, which isn't big for a striper, but it's my biggest so far. I don't remember how many fish dad caught,  but I think it was something like 7. Most of the fish that we caught where big topwater lures.  It was a lot of fun riding the boat and catching a lot of fish. Looking forward to tomorrow.
