Day 14

Today my dad and I went to Yosemite National Park. We got to fish, but we didn't catch any fish, but it was so much fun. We saw El Capitan which is the highest cliff in the world!!!!!! It is huge. it is 3000 feet tall. It's so amazing. We saw Yosemite falls, which is 2425 feet tall and is the 6th highest waterfall in the world!!!!!! We saw so many totally amazing things that I can't even describe. You should definitely go and see it for yourself!!! Yosemite National Park is my Grandpa's favorite place in the world. His favorite place in Yosemite is a huge rock feature called Half Dome. You should look up Half Dome on Google. It's cool. Today my Dad and I were driving and we where between about 9000 to 7000 feet. It was a cool view. Sadly, we only got one day in Yosemite National Park. Tonight we stay at a nice little hotel in California. Tomorrow we are going to fish a lot. I hope that my dad and I catch some fish. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Day 13

Today my dad and I did a lot of driving. We fished about a hour and a half. We didn't catch any fish, but it was fun anyway. Today my Dad and I saw a huge wildfire when dad was driving. Today we saw a snake and gas that was $3.59. Today we got to be with friends, and I got to play with a dog that was really good at catching a ball, but I forgot it's name. This morning I got to eat scrambled eggs and grits. Today we saw Mount Shasta witch is the 96th highest mountain in the world.

Day 12

Today my dad and I got to fish several different places. Dad caught 1 rainbow trout on a Lindy Watsit Grub, at Camp Creek. I caught 1 whitefish on a Rebel Crawfish, at The Deschutes River. Today we saw some really cool deer, including a big buck. We saw some really cool scenery and big mountains and stuff like that. Tonight I got to eat at a very nice restaurant the food was great. Tonight my dad and I are staying at one of my dad's friend's house.  Looking forward totomorrow.

Day 11

Today my dad and I did a lot of driving. We got to fish a couple of hours, but we didn't catch any fish. We saw some really cool stuff, like the Pacific Ocean and things like that. Today the weather at one point was 106 degrees. Tonight we get to sleep in a yurt, which is like a tent and cabin. It is nice. Today we got to see a Salmon fish hatchery. It was amazing. There were thousands of fish. Looking forward to tomorrow.

Day 10

Today my dad and I fished in float tubes, which were really cool. Dad caught 1 Rainbow trout on a Rebel Tracdown Ghost Minnow. I didn't catch any fish, but it was really fun. We saw some really cool scenery and stuff like that. We saw a lot of Deer. Today we are the farthest away from home that we will go on the trip. The lake that we fished was called Lake Crescent, which is a really pretty lake. It was so cool. Looking forward to tomorrow. 

Day 9

Today my dad and I saw a lot of cool scenery. It was really amazing!!!!!!!!! Today Dad caught 4 rainbow trout and 1 mountain whitefish. Dad caught his fish on Rebel Micro Minnows and Micro Craws. I caught 1 rainbow trout with a Rebel Micro Craw. This morning my Dad and I went to a breakfast restaurant. The food was great. We saw some really cool stuff, like huge canyons and the biggest trees I have ever seen. Really looking forward to tomorrow.

Day 8

Today my dad and I did a lot of driving and no fishing, but now we are in Washington. Tomorrow we will do a lot of exploring and fishing. Looking forward to tomorrow.
